The team at Azar's office were awesome. They returned my calls and answered my questions. My accident was not that serious but they always treated me and my family like it was important to them. I hope I never need to have a lawyer again but if I did I would use them again!

I had an automobile accident on 2018 and since they were highly recommended plus the TV commercials I decided to go and check them out. I was a assigned an attorney and he took all my information to get the process started. I went to a few medical facilities since my injuries were pretty bad at that time. Every time I call to see if there was an update or try to reach out my attorney they either didn't respond or the call went straight to their voicemail and guess what? THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. It took 2 years fighting my case when it could have been done in less than that.

I moved out of Colorado but still with the firm thinking they were still working on my case, until an insurance rep called me and stated that out of the sudden Frank D Azar Firm no longer represented me and that I had to pay for all the expenses out of pocket. AN INSURANCE REP!!! The best thing that this firm has is the insufficient professionalism. I would never recommend them whatsoever. If you plan to waste your time and your money by all means go to Frank D Azar. :)

I was involved in a major automobile accident and was seriously injured.
I initially had confidence in the Attorneys assigned to my case, however, they proved me wrong!
My Husband had to do a lot of their leg work acquiring Medical records, etc.
Neither Attorney responded back in a timely fashion.
Mistakes were made relative to remitting payments to providers, in which I personally had to rectify and follow up with them to ensure they were paid. I should have billed them for my time spent fixing their mistakes!
Their professional as well as their administrative staff were in my opinion well below acceptable standards!
When I attempted to connect with Frank Azar directly, I was given the runaround with multiple excuses as to why he was unavailable.
My case was by no means a low dollar one, and the 35% commission they took was not at all deserved.
I would not recommend this Firm to anyone. I suggest you shop around for a competent Law Firm to handle your case!

Drug their feet when handling my husbands case and went for the lowest settlement they could get for him. I also hate the fact that this guy feels the need to have a commerical at EVERY commerical break. The least amount of commercials I saw was 5 in an hour, this include 2 withing 30 seconds of each other

I am grateful for this fine group of lawyers and staff that work tirelessly to get results from insurance companies.

Unfortunately, I believed the TV ads. Don't you. Frank Azar's attorneys told me my case didn't have enough $$$ potential to go to court. Over the course of approx. 3 yrs. I had 6 different attorneys. I called everyday for 4 days trying to reach attorney #?. When he called back on day #5, he willingly told me he had no idea how to change his answering phone message to say he would be out of the office for 4 days and I guess he was too shy to ask for help or even check his messages. Did their receptionist tell me? No. When I called she just said he wasn't in the office yet. I am to rely on this man to guide me through my legal challenges? I didn't have to worry as he disappeared and I was on to yet another "attorney". Where do they go? I'd leave messages as directed by the receptionist and no one ever received them. Frank's place is not the place to be...
